To better serve our valued members and customers, Cookin’ Pickleball Club is thrilled to announce the launch of extended hours featuring self-serve keypad access. This new offering provides you with greater flexibility to play when it fits your schedule, making it easier than ever to enjoy the courts.

We are transforming your club experience by extending our availability. You can now enjoy the courts during non-staffed hours thanks to our secure, self-serve entry system.

• Extended Playing Hours: The club will now be accessible from 5:00 AM to 12:00 AM daily.
• Self-Serve Keypad Access: Access the club outside of regular staffed business hours using a unique personal code. This allows for seamless entry and exit.

How Self-Serve Access Works

Access is simple and secure.

1. Unique Code: All members and customers with an active event or reservation will be provided with a unique, keypad code via email or found in your account profile under “Personal Information”. This code is active only for the duration of your booking.
2. Entry: Enter your unique code on the keypad located at the left side entrance (facing A1 Japan Steakhouse). The door will unlock for a brief period.
3. Security: For the safety of everyone, please ensure the door closes securely behind you upon entry and exit, and do not share your code with non-members or un-booked guests.
4. Playing Format: Playing format is self-guided, similar to playing at your local park. We suggest bringing friends and family to register with you to ensure you have someone to play with.

How To Book During Keypad Entry Hours

1. General Access: Each self-serve timeblock offered will be available on our booking portal for registration. If necessary, create your Cookin’ Pickleball Club profile, and then register for the day and time of your choosing.
2. Court Reservations: Members of any level may book a private court during self-serve hours by calling in (234) 214-0682 or stopping by our front desk during staffed hours.
3. Pricing: All-in membership levels can book during extended hours at no additional cost. Pricing for all other membership levels will vary based on demand.
4. Payment/Refunds: All payments are due in full at the time of the booking. No refunds.

Important Safety and Courtesy Guidelines

To ensure a great experience for everyone during self-serve hours, please adhere to the following:

• Rules and Instructions: Posted directly inside the facility entrance. Please review upon entering.
• Reservations are Required: You must have a confirmed booking to access the club during self-serve hours.
• Court Care: Help us keep the facility pristine. Please clean up any personal items or trash before you leave.
• Lighting: The court lights and facility areas are equipped with motion detection and will turn on automatically as you approach the court area.
